Refund policy

RETURN CONDITIONS:

We offer store credit for product(s) that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the original order.

  • *Include your name, email address, and order number in the return package.*
  • Store credit will be issued via e-gift card to the email on file within 5 business days of receiving your return for the amount paid, less shipping costs.
  • Linemen Lead The Way, LLC does not offer refunds on any purchases. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email hello@linemenleadtheway.com and we will get you taken care of immediately.
  • If you are returning a hat, it must be placed in the original package/box or one similar to the original in order to protect the hat. Hats returned in anything other than what’s listed above will not receive store credit.

  • Pre-Orders are final sale.

SHOE RETURNS:

  • All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
  • If you are returning shoes, the shoe box must be placed in another package/box for shipping to protect the shoe box.
  • If there are shipping stickers or labels on the shoe box, we will not accept a return.
