Return Policy
SHIPPING CONDITIONS:
- Our current order processing time is 2-5 business days for in stock items. Please understand that shipping times will vary from 2-7 days depending on which shipping method is chosen by the customer at check out.
- Please refer to the details on the item page for PRE-ORDER items.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
We offer store credit for product(s) that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Please email hello@linemenleadtheway.com to initiate the return process.
Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the original order.
- *Include your name, email address, and order number in the return package.*
- Store credit will be issued via e-gift card to the email on file within 5 business days of receiving your return for the amount paid, less original shipping costs.
- Linemen Lead The Way, LLC does not offer refunds on any purchases.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping.
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email hello@linemenleadtheway.com and we will get you taken care of immediately.
- If you are returning a hat, it must be placed in the original package/box or one similar to the original in order to protect the hat. Hats returned in anything other than what’s listed above will not receive store credit.
